Project deployment in Munich-Grünwald

With our mobile machine, the pipes could be bent precisely and without heating on site. In the first phase of the project, 11 pipes with a diameter of DN350 were processed. The bends ranged from a minimum angle of 3.1° to a maximum angle of 6.8°. All pipes were completed within just one working day.

The second part followed about two months later: this time, 20 pipes with a diameter of DN300 were bent. The angles ranged from 2.8° to 16.4°. Here, too, the work was completed quickly – the actual bending time was only two days.

The project shows how our technology can also be used to achieve smaller bending angles economically and reliably.
